Job Title: Project Manager – E-Commerce Projects
Location: Mumbai (Onsite)
Experience: 5–7 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of E-commerce projects across website, app, and omnichannel initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate between internal teams (Tech, Design, Marketing, Operations) and external partners.
- Ensure project milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and drive proactive communication.
- Conduct weekly sprint reviews, retrospectives, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Work closely with Founders/Leadership on tech-driven growth and platform optimization.
- Maintain documentation, process maps, and project dashboards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–7 years of project management experience in the E-commerce or D2C industry.
- Strong understanding of Shopify or custom E-commerce platforms.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Certification (PMP / Scrum Master) preferred but not mandatory.
