Job Title: Business Development Manager – SEO Services Location: Pune (On-site) Department: Business Development About SRV Media:SRV Media is a full-stack digital marketing agency delivering performance-driven results across SEO, paid media, branding, and more. With a stronghold in sectors like education, healthcare, and B2B, we combine data, design, and strategy for real growth. Role Overview:You will lead new client acquisition specifically for SEO and organic marketing services. The role blends consultative selling with strategic insight, focusing on delivering long-term SEO solutions to brands aiming to improve their online visibility and lead funnel. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, engage, and convert leads for SEO service offerings including technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and local SEO.</li><li>Build strong client relationships and understand their organic growth challenges and business goals.</li><li>Collaborate with the SEO delivery team to shape custom proposals, audits, and pitches.</li><li>Stay updated on SEO trends (algorithms, tools, competition) and leverage them in sales conversations.</li><li>Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools; track performance and optimize outreach.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team for inbound lead nurturing and upselling SEO to existing accounts.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>2–5 years of experience in selling SEO or digital marketing services.</li><li>Sound knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword strategies, content planning, and audit processes.</li><li>Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.</li><li>Analytical mindset with comfort using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field</li></ul>
