Job Description
- 5+ years of experience in SQL Azure architecture; development, performance, integrity, and security of database systems of the company
- 5+ years of related experience in a Database Administrator role; install, tune, implement and upgrade DBMS programs for a large corporation.
- Deep understanding of Database Administration for Postgres/No SQL/SQL databases on-Prem and in the cloud
- A good knowledge of JSON, Python, R. DAX and M languages
- Running ADF pipelines, ADF data engineering, troubleshooting, triggers, and maintenance
- Knowledgeable about ADO, Data bricks, workflows, tasks and schedule maintenance
- Excellent knowledge of data backup/restore, recovery, patching, security, integrity, documentation, database designing, documentation and coding.
- Experience with APIs, DBA case tools, Azure Postgres, SQL Server, on-prem and in the cloud.
- Expertise in Platform issues like management operation issues (start/stop/delete/restart) of Azure SQL Database, quota issues, network issues, policy restrictions& resource locks
- Develop, Operate, maintain, and administer SSRS reports and servers, source control, Azure DevOps and Git repos.
- Administering SSIS Packages, Deployments, SQL Job monitoring, ADF trigger monitoring, troubleshooting ADF pipelines etc.
- Experience in a large corporation with multiple teams
