In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions with a focus on fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Selection:Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process
• Onboarding and Orientation:Coordinate new employee onboarding programs
• Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization
• Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture
• Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
• Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution
• Performance Management:Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluation and goal-setting
• Identify training and development needs to support employee growth and development
• Diversity and Inclusion:Develop and implement initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace
• Partner with management to foster a culture of belonging and respect
• Monitor diversity metrics and implement strategies to enhance diversity representation
• Compliance and Legal:Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations
• HR Administration:Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR databases
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
