Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in proposal documentation, handling RFPs and RFIs. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, crafting tailored IT solutions, and ensuring the successful submission of proposals.
Business Analysis, Project Management, Software Technology Consulting, Creating functional software flow, UI/UX Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Cost Negotiation, Team Management, Design Implementation & Software Project Planning in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of proposals, including RFPs, RFIs, Statement of Work (SOW) and co-ordinate estimation of work with technology team.
- Collaborate to understand business requirements and offer tailored IT solutions (mobile and web applications).
- Conduct thorough analysis and cross-checking of pre-qualification criteria, technical and commercial parameters in tenders and RFQs.
- Prepare budgetary proposals based on RFQs, while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Perform product and service research in response to client requests.
- Plan and schedule RFP submissions to ensure timely delivery of proposals.
- Contribute to process improvements, including managing workflows via JIRA and other tools for effective RFP analysis.
Pre-Requisites
- Proven experience in IT pre-sales, bid management, and proposal preparation.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web application solutions.
- Ability to evaluate project scope, effort estimates & timeline provided by technology team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the latest IT industry trends and technologies.
