Job Description
The IT Support Manager is responsible for the overall management and support of the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. This includes providing technical leadership, ensuring system availability and reliability, and delivering high-quality support to end users. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of IT support engineers and technicians.
- Design, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 17+ years of experience in IT support management.
- Strong technical knowledge of servers, networks, storage, and applications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience with a variety of IT technologies and platforms.
Additional Skills
