Job Description
The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the following:
- Enable, configure and support ServiceNow ITSM Pro modules – Incident Management, Problem Mgt, Change & Release Mgt, Request Mgt, Service Operations Workspace, SLM, etc.
- Develop applications (scoped and out of the box), configure notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, formatters, Workflow, Business rules, etc.
- Configure integrations with various ServiceNow integration methods, such as web services, REST, SOAP, Data Sources, LDAP servers, and import set.
- Actively participate in agile daily scrums, updating stories daily, documenting development progress and collaborating with project team members.
- Ensure that all development adheres to ServiceNow development standards
- Support and participate in client requirement workshops, working with product owner/stakeholders to configure/develop requested items and tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve any potential issues, and work with ServiceNow support team for resolution where needed
- Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
