As an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include nurturing prospects, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, presenting product or service offerings, and ensuring a smooth sales process.  Job Responsibilities :

     You will be responsible for the following:

 

?      Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

?      Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

?      Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

?      Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

?      Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

?      Staying informed about competing products and services.

?      Upselling products and services.

?      Researching and qualifying new leads.

?      Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

 

    Required Technical Expertise:

?      Proven experience in sales, preferably in inside sales or telemarketing.

?      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

?      Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.

?      Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

?      Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

?      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

?      Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and objections.

?      Knowledge of the company's products or services and the ability to learn and adapt to new information.

                                                                                                                                   

 

o Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing,Engineering or a related field is a plus.

- Prior work experience in Electronics/Manufacturing
