We are on the lookout for candidates who are outgoing, process-driven & excellent communicators to join the Sales Enablement team.
In this role, the chosen candidate(s) will support Cavli’s Marketing Operations team with CRM management activities and and also play a pivotal role in Market Research initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing our Customer Relationship Management system and utilizing customer data to drive sales and enhance the customer experience, as well as conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Your responsibilities will also include executing targeted, multi-channel account-based marketing campaigns and nurturing early stage leads to drive revenue and grow our customer base.
Processes you will be involved in:
Salesforce CRM monitoring and management to ensure accuracy of customer data.
Customer segmentation, analysis and enrichment for informed marketing strategies.
Marketing automation management and maintenance with the help of various tools.
CRM analysis and report creation.
Market research initiatives and strategies.
Early stage leads nurturing strategies and activities.
Account based marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Initiatives/Programs you will be a part of:
CRM management:
-Salesforce CRM database maintenance and administration.
-Generate insights from CRM data analysis to inform and optimize lead conversion strategies.
Early-stage lead nurturing:
-Design and execute lead nurturing programs to build relationships with early-stage leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Market research:
-Researching and exploring markets relevant to Cavli in the IoT segment to identify the latest market trends and potential customer database.
-Segmentation and maintenance of various marketing data sets which is a prerequisite for implementing strategies for Account-based marketing campaigns.
ABM management :
-Develop cadence and execute targeted, multi-channel account-based marketing campaigns to engage key accounts and decision-makers.
-Analyze campaign results, and make recommendations for improvement
Pre-sales support:
-Coordination with the Cavli sales team across the Globe to design, prepare and maintain Case studies of existing customers.
