We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Programming Executive to spearhead the development of innovative video content for our existing IPs and channels on YouTube and other digital platforms. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative content strategies for existing IPs and channels.
Conceptualize, develop, and pitch new video content ideas aligned with the company's vision and target audience.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to bring content ideas to fruition.
Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.
Stay updated on the latest digital media trends and platforms.
Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
Manage content calendars and schedules.
Collaborate with external partners and influencers as needed.
