Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM workflow automation and AI-based automation tools.
- Knowledge of Zapier, Pabbly, Make (Integromat), API integrations, and CRM automation features.
- Understanding of lead funnels, messaging automation, and customer engagement workflows.
- Basic scripting or low-code automation experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and messaging.
- Integrate AI-driven automation tools for lead scoring, engagement tracking, and communication.
- Optimize Wayvida’s internal processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
- Work with third-party CRMs (e.g., Zoho, Vtiger, Odoo, HubSpot, or similar) to automate tasks.
- Set up triggers, notifications, and response workflows to enhance user experience.
- Monitor automation performance and optimize workflows for better conversion rates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered CRM tools for workflow automation.
- Knowledge of data analytics for tracking automation performance.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and engagement tracking.
- Exposure to business process automation (BPA) tools.
