At TechnoparkJobs.com, we are committed to providing quality job-matching services to job seekers, employers, and recruiters. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Subscription & Membership Plans
   • Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase if the user has not accessed or used any premium features (e.g., job postings, resume downloads, candidate searches).
   • No refunds will be granted if any part of the membership benefits has been utilized.
2. Job Posting Services
   • If an employer purchases a job posting but does not receive any responses within 30 days, they may request a partial refund or credit for future job postings.
   • Refunds will not be issued for job postings that have received applications.
3. Resume Database Access
   • Refunds are not available once access to the resume database has been granted.
   • If there are technical issues preventing access, we will provide support or extend access instead of issuing a refund.
4. Featured Job & Advertisement Services
   • Refunds for featured job postings or banner advertisements are only applicable if the service has not been activated.
   • Once the campaign has started, no refunds will be processed.

• To request a refund, users must email support@technoparkjobs.com with their transaction details and reason for the refund.
• All refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

• Any customized recruitment services or consultation fees are non-refundable..
• No refunds will be issued for violations of terms of service or account suspensions due to fraudulent activity.
