The incumbent must be a well experienced in IT service delivery, technical project coordination, or project management. with strong leadership and good communication skills who can oversee end-to-end delivery of IT products and services.
JTSi Technologies India Private Limited is a US based IT Co, with 20+ years into business. Our global offices are in Washington DC & New Jersey USA, and our Indian HQ is in Bangalore.
Designation : Delivery Manager
Qualification : B Tech / M Tech / M Sc / MCA / MBA
Skillsets : Technical Project Coordination, Client Account Management, Delivery Management.
Experience : Minimum 10 – 15 Years
Remuneration : Salary ranges are negotiable and will be the best in the industry.
Place of Posting : Infopark, Kochi.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT services and products.
- Manage technical project coordination, ensuring all technical aspects are aligned with client needs.
- Handle project management tasks including scope, timelines, resources, and risk management.
- Lead client account management, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Implement best practices for delivery processes and continuous improvement.
- Identifying and managing risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
- Nurturing key client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding existing accounts, resulting in sustained revenue growth and enhanced customer satisfaction.
