Job Summary:

The Global Delivery Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery of animation projects. This role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of animation content, and maintaining client satisfaction. The Delivery Head will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing project plans, managing resources, and addressing any challenges that may arise during production.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Project Management:
   • Oversee and manage multiple animation projects from inception to delivery.
   • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
   • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
2. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, animators, and other production staff.
   • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
   • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
3. Client Relations:
   • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
   • Communicate project status, updates, and any issues to clients effectively.
   • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns and incorporating feedback.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure animation content meets industry standards and client expectations.
   • Review and approve final deliverables before client submission.
5. Resource Management:
   • Manage and allocate resources efficiently to optimize productivity.
   • Coordinate with various departments (e.g., art, technical, and post-production) to ensure seamless workflow.
6. Budget Management:
   • Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and financial reporting.
   • Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure financial efficiency.
7. Risk Management:
   • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the production process.
8. Strategic Planning:
   • Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for project delivery and production efficiency.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's competitive edge.
