Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the UAE to promote and sell Etisalat telecom products and services.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to enhance their telecom experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently.
• Update and maintain customer records in the system.
• Follow company guidelines and compliance regulations while interacting with customers.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage).
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong persuasive skills and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
