What We Look For
- 5+ years of relevant software development, at least part of which in a startup / remote work environment with a distributed team.
- 4+ years of experience with full-stack development and/or API development.
- Expertise in building enterprise applications using tech like Java, ReactJS/GraphQL/TypeScript, AWS, etc.
- Knowledge of data structures, object-oriented design, algorithms, exception handling, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of large-scale, highly available, and distributed systems.
- Proficient in writing Automated unit, integration, and functional test suites.
- Proficient in writing SQL and implementing database design.
- Experienced in Agile product development processes (SCRUM, Kanban, Lean Startup, etc).
- Deploy on our GitLab CI/CD pipeline, you'll ensure that high-quality code moves swiftly from development to production.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing.
- A high degree of initiative and ownership, combined with the ability to adapt quickly to change
- Experience working collaboratively with many cross-functional teams and with people at all levels in an organization.
