- Must have expertise in automated API, Web and AI testing.
- Must have experience managing performance and security testing projects.
- Should have expertise in establishing and maintaining testing processes and standards.
2. Leadership & Management
- Must have min 9+ years of experience with a proven track record of leading QA teams in Agile/scrum methodology.
- Should be a strong practitioner of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Should have strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
3. Domain Knowledge
- Good to have experience in testing software products in the financial or trade finance domain.
