Technical Requirements
- Proficient in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Design Patterns, and Application Frameworks.
- Expertise in Node.js and Angular for front-end and back-end development.
- Strong expertise in PHP web frameworks.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Proficiency in working with MySQL, including database design and query optimization.
- Experience with Laravel for building modular and maintainable applications.
- Familiarity with Git for version control and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in using Jira as a project management tool.
Project and People Management
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
- Client Handling: Address client feedback, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Effectively manage challenges and disputes to maintain team harmony and project progress.
- People and Leave Management: Monitor team performance, availability, and overall well-being to ensure smooth operations.
- Project Management: Plan, monitor, and track project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Work Estimation and Risk Management: Accurately estimate resources and effort required while proactively assessing risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
