Job Summary:
We are looking for a Product Specialist - Edutech with expertise in University/College ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have strong product demonstration skills, excellent customer service, and outstanding communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert knowledge and support on University/College ERP solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Assist in customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition to the platform.
- Address customer queries and provide technical support and guidance.
- Work closely with sales and development teams to enhance product features.
- Stay updated on industry trends and suggest product improvements.
- Develop presentations and training materials to enhance product adoption.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in University/College ERP solutions.
- Strong product demo and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in Edutech software and related technologies.
