Job Description

Brief Description

Shift Details: Monday to Friday (UK shift) + Weekend as per duty schedule. 

We are looking for a dedicated, self-motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our insurance team. This role involves assisting customers through the insurance process, providing timely and accurate information, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from customers regarding their insurance policies, claims, coverage details, and more.
  • Claims Assistance: Help clients file claims, track claim status, and provide updates during the claims process.
  • Policy Support: Provide customers with information about policy changes, renewals, premiums, and coverage options.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, insurance claims, and relevant updates in the system.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, quality, finance, and other internal teams to ensure prompt service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in customer service (international voice process) or the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptive towards new skills and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Flexible to work on UK shifts and weekends.
