Brief Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst (Non-technical) to join our team. In this role, you will ensure compliance with industry standards, conduct audits, review contracts, and manage regulatory processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in quality control and compliance, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Perform tasks related to the Insurance and Reinsurance regulatory compliance program.
- Conduct contract reviews.
- Carry out Due Diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
- Uphold the Quality Control Department's operational policies with integrity.
- Proactively report compliance risks and issues to management through detailed reports.
- Develop and implement effective action plans to address audit discrepancies and compliance violations.
- Conduct regular audits of operational areas, transactions, and communications.
- Assess company operations to identify compliance risks and suggest corrective actions.
- Ensure employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Address employee concerns about regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly compliance reports.
- Act as the Point of Contact (SPOC) for U.K. counterparts.
- Design, manage, and deliver initial and ongoing training programs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Master's degree in any field (preferably in Commerce).
- Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Quality Control Domain (Non-Technical).
- Certifications: Certifications such as ISO, Six Sigma Green Belt, and PMP are a plus.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of internationally accepted quality and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, COSO, SOC, HIPAA)

- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
