Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational activities for our Electric Vehicle (EV) Section. The role involves managing office operations, coordinating across departments, ensuring compliance, and supporting management in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative operations
*Oversee documentation, records, and reporting systems
*Coordinate with sales, counseling, training, and finance teams
*Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and internal coordination
*Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
*Support management with planning, reporting, and operational execution
*Monitor operational efficiency and suggest process improvements
Eligibility & Required Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
*3-5 years of relevant experience in administration or operations
*Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial or senior admin role
*Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills
*Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and reporting
