Role Overview:

1. Support customers in achieving their health goals through our platform by providing assistance, building relationships, and driving engagement.
2. Provide exceptional support to existing customers by addressing inquiries and clarifying doubts about the software product.
3. Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring customers understand and effectively use the app.
4. Generate leads and engage with potential customers to expand the user base.
5. Inspire existing customers to upgrade their subscriptions and purchase additional features.
6. Educate users about app features such as personalized diet plans and fitness tracking tools.
7. Build strong customer relationships to maintain high satisfaction levels.
8. Collect feedback and share insights to improve the platform.
9. Potential candidates will be permanently placed on performance
