Overview:
The HR Associate supports daily human resource operations and ensures smooth HR functions across recruitment, employee onboarding, data management, and HR compliance. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in HR practices and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Qualifications:
