- Recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
- Process payroll and coordinate PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and employee documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and training programs.
- Monitor employee performance and retention activities.
- Coordinate with factory management for manpower planning.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and statutory records.
- Support audits related to labor, PF, ESI, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, engineering, or construction industries.
- Experience managing blue-collar workforce and contract labor.
- Bond Period: Minimum 1Year (if applicable as per company policy).
- Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Strong recruitment and employee management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
