Job Description:

TPHRC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as HR Interns for a 3-month structured internship program. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Internship Structure:

1. Duration: 3 Months
2. Mode of Work:
3. Month 1: Onsite at our Kottayam or Kochi office (based on your preference)
4. Month 2 & 3: Remote (Work-from-home)
5. 
   

During the internship, you will be actively involved in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding coordination, documentation, and other HR operations.

Key Highlights:

1. Unpaid internship, but Travel Allowance (TA) will be provided during the onsite month.
2. Certificate of Completion will be awarded at the end of the internship.
3. Top-performing candidates will be offered a permanent part-time HR role at TPHRC Pvt. Ltd.
