Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to develop, deploy, and maintain intelligent systems. You will be a key part of the AI/ML team, working on scalable solutions that solve complex business problems across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for classification, regression, recommendation, or prediction tasks.

• Process and analyze large datasets for training and evaluation.

• Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to integrate models into live applications.

• Monitor model performance and retrain/update as needed.

• Document model workflows and technical details for maintainability.

• Keep up to date with the latest developments in AI/ML.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in developing ML models.

• Proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical techniques.

• Familiarity with deploying ML models using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.

• Knowledge of MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow).

• Exposure to containerization and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes).
