We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-IT) who can close positions, not just share profiles.

You will handle mid to senior-level hiring across different industries and work closely with clients to deliver strong hiring results.

You will manage the complete recruitment process from start to finish.

Your work will include:

• Understanding client requirements across functions like Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.
• Sharing minimum 5 quality CVs daily
• Maintaining 75%+ CV acceptance rate
• Managing interviews and ensuring candidates attend
• Handling the full hiring process (sourcing → interview → offer → joining)
• Closing 5–7 positions per month
• Maintaining daily reports and trackers
• Building strong talent pipelines for future roles

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
• Experience in consultancy / recruitment agency
• Experience handling mid to senior roles
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
• Good communication and stakeholder handling
• Ability to work independently and deliver results

Bonus: Experience in PAN India hiring or startup environments

• Kolkata candidates: Work from Office
• Outside Kolkata: Work from Home
• Probation: 6 days working
• After confirmation: 5 days working
• ACTC Up to ₹6 LPA
