Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Callers to handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective students/customers, and support lead generation and admissions activities. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates with good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
*Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
*Handle inbound inquiries professionally
*Explain course details, services, and benefits clearly
*Follow up on leads and maintain call records
*Coordinate with counselors and sales teams
*Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets
Eligibility & Required Skills
*Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience preferred
*Good communication skills in English and local language
*Basic computer knowledge
*Ability to work with targets and incentives
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
