Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure timely, professional communication.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs and actionable tasks for internal teams across social media marketing, SEO, performance marketing, design, and development.
- Coordinate with teams and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor campaign progress and client satisfaction, providing regular updates and reports.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
- Assist in preparing client pitches and proposals to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends to provide informed insights and innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5-6 years’ experience in client servicing or account management within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, performance marketing, and design/development coordination.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize client needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
