Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Director to lead our Human Resources function within the IT division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR management practices specific to the technology sector, driving people strategies that support organizational goals, foster innovation, and strengthen employee engagement across all levels.
The Senior HR Director will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, ensuring HR initiatives align with business growth, talent retention, and digital transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
- Partner with senior management to identify and implement workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational development initiatives.
- Drive HR digital transformation and automation to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-quality IT talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Build employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer in the IT industry.
Performance Management & Development
- Lead the design and implementation of performance management systems to ensure clear goal setting, continuous feedback, and employee development.
- Promote learning & development programs to build future leadership and technical competencies.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with organizational values.
- Lead employee engagement programs, grievance management, and communication frameworks to ensure strong employee relations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee compensation strategy, benchmarking, and performance-linked incentive structures to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Monitor payroll, compliance, and statutory HR obligations in coordination with finance and legal teams.
HR Analytics & Compliance
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12–18 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in IT or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven experience leading HR strategy, people operations, and digital HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, Workday, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive performance, and manage cross-functional teams.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in scaling HR operations for fast-growing IT or software firms.
- Exposure to global HR practices and multi-location workforce management.
- Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent are advantageous.
