Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Systems Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise infrastructure including servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and directory services. You will ensure operational stability and performance of core IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers in a virtualized environment (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Monitor server performance, apply patches, and schedule regular maintenance.
- Ensure high availability of systems through backups, replication, and disaster recovery planning.
- Maintain and secure file servers, DNS/DHCP services, and internal applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and infrastructure issues.
- Document system configurations and IT procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure roles.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
- Experience with backup tools (Veeam, Acronis), scripting (PowerShell/Bash), and monitoring platforms.
- Solid understanding of IT security and patch management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator, RHCSA, or VMware VCP.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure.
