<h3><strong>Job Summary</strong></h3><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a proactive <strong>Systems Administrator</strong> to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise infrastructure including servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and directory services. You will ensure operational stability and performance of core IT systems.</p><p><br></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><p><br></p><ul><li>Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers in a virtualized environment (VMware, Hyper-V).</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Active Directory and Microsoft 365.</li><li>Monitor server performance, apply patches, and schedule regular maintenance.</li><li>Ensure high availability of systems through backups, replication, and disaster recovery planning.</li><li>Maintain and secure file servers, DNS/DHCP services, and internal applications.</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and infrastructure issues.</li><li>Document system configurations and IT procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>3–6 years of experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure roles.</li><li>Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP, and file services.</li><li>Experience with backup tools (Veeam, Acronis), scripting (PowerShell/Bash), and monitoring platforms.</li><li>Solid understanding of IT security and patch management.</li></ul><p><br></p><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><p><br></p><ul><li>Certifications like <strong>Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator</strong>, <strong>RHCSA</strong>, or <strong>VMware VCP</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure.</li></ul><p><br></p><h3><strong>Benefits</strong></h3><p><br></p><ul><li>Exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure and latest tools.</li><li>Paid training and certification reimbursement.</li><li>Remote flexibility and structured career progression.</li></ul>
